Besides teaching yoga, Kellen gives Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultations. In private yoga and Ayurvedic consults, Kellen determines a client’s constitution and current doshic imbalance. She then creates a unique “Dinacharya” (daily routine) which begins to balance the doshas and to help cleanse ama (toxins) from the body. The course of re-balancing health focuses on making simple and slow changes and draws on the healing benefits of yoga poses, pranayama, diet, essential oils, and meditation. Kellen has worked with clients who sought help for headaches, allergies, stress and anxiety, pregnancy, sports injuries, thyroid dysfunction, weight loss and arthritis. Living nine years in “Music City, USA”, she has extensive experience working with artists and musicians and their special needs of alleviating pain in the neck and shoulder area, as well as staying balanced on the road.
